When he's not planting trees or cleaning up beaches you'll find him surfing, diving or playing the fiddle around Wellington.

    Motivator, ideas man, surfer, diver and trained in marine ecology, Fletcher recently returned from four years in Southeast Asia working on and establishing a series of marine conservation programs. He joins our team as a people-orientated driver of our Auckland programs.
