On Friday 30 and Saturday 31 May, we continued giving some love back to the beautiful Whaingaroa Harbour, Raglan. This followed on from our successful effort here last year, where over 700 native trees were planted.

With the support of Meridian Energy and Te Uku Wind Farm, we planted native trees (lovingly raised by Whaingaroa Harbour Care) on the peninsula in front of Raglan Area School. This stunning spot has a public walkway so that you, your children and their children will be able to admire the handiwork for years to come.
