Remember to bring:

  • Closed-toed shoes (ideally hiking boots or gum boots)
  • Sun-smart gear
  • Lunch or snacks.
  • Raincoats and appropriate clothing for the day on the coast
  • Reusable drink bottle, filled and ready to go
  • Camera!
  • Old mobile phone for recycling via RE:MOBILE.

We will provide: 

  • All relevant gear: gloves, sacks
  • Health and Safety documentation & briefing
  • First aid trained staff and first aid kits
  • Phoenix Organics drinks
  • Sunscreen
  • Hand sanitiser
  • Rubbish removal to transfer station.

Join us on Saturday 28 March — during Ecofest — for a community beach clean-up followed by an outdoor family-friendly film screening at Point Chev’s Coyle Park. 

This event is also a showcase of the litter data collection work done by local schools on the connection between our waterways and the ocean, celebrating student contributions and sharing data-driven insights with families and the wider community.
