We’ve made the decision to step out of this event due to various happenings in the SC whānau.

Remember to bring:

  • Closed-toed shoes
  • Sun-smart gear
  • Raincoats and appropriate clothing for the day on the coast
  • Reusable drink bottle, filled and ready to go
  • Camera!

We will provide: 

  • All relevant gear: gloves, sacks
  • Health and Safety documentation & briefing
  • First aid trained staff and first aid kits
  • Sunscreen
  • Hand sanitiser
  • Rubbish removal to transfer station.

Held on the eve of Mother’s Day, this annual event aims to raise awareness of litter pollution with a clean-up of approx. 200 km of riverbank and estuary in and around Lyttelton Harbour Basin in a single morning.
