Our experienced staff has delivered educational programs to over 100,000 people, motivated tens of thousands of volunteers to remove over a million litres of rubbish from the coast, and planted thousands of trees alongside our waterways. Now we are looking for people to help us spread our educational messages far and wide. Please join us for our Presentation Training Workshops in Napier on Wednesday 2 July, as part of our nationwide Training Workshops and Tree Planting Tour.

Our Presentation Training Workshops are free to attend and will pass on the core public speaking and presentation delivery skills that our team has honed over the past five years. We will also provide an introduction to the content from our proven ‘Love your Coast’ litter-awareness presentation and our recently developed ‘Love your Water’ freshwater restoration presentation, which teach simple steps and creative changes we can all make to look after our coasts and waterways.

Workshops are two hours in length and involve a multimedia presentation and interactive training session. Both workshops will be held in the Enviro-Room at the National Aquarium on the edge of Napier at the following times:

  • Wednesday 2 July, 11.30am to 1.30pm
  • Wednesday 2 July, 6.30pm to 8.30pm
