In partnership with Auckland Unlimited, we’re excited to bring you the Plant-Based Zero Waste Cooking Workshop as part of Auckland’s Summernova Festival!

The amazing Amy Klitscher, founder of The Sustainable Food Co, will be hosting a plant-based and zero-waste workshop and cooking demonstration at the Sustainable Coastlines venue, The Flagship Education Centre in Wynyard Quarter.

Trained in Environmental Management and a certified vegan chef, Amy is delivering zero-waste meals across Auckland, with hopes of expanding and contributing more and more towards the rising movement of sustainable food.

Covid safety at our events

  1. If you, or anyone you live with feels ill, please do not attend.
  2. All attendees should follow cough and sneeze etiquette: Cough or sneeze into your elbow or a tissue (dispose of tissue immediately).
  3. Bring gloves to the event if you have them available at home. Although we will have freshly washed gloves for those who need.
  4. Wash and sanitise your hands regularly.
  5. The event may be cancelled at late notice due to the unfolding situation.
