Event Cancelled

  1. If you, or anyone you live with feels ill, please do not attend.
  2. All attendees should follow cough and sneeze etiquette: Cough or sneeze into your elbow or a tissue (dispose of tissue immediately).
  3. Bring gloves to the event if you have them available at home. Although we will have freshly washed gloves for those who need.
  4. Wash and sanitise your hands regularly.
  5. Social distancing of 2m must be adhered to for those outside your bubble.
  6. The event may be cancelled at late notice due to the unfolding situation.

Remember to bring:

  • Gumboots or sturdy, closed-toe shoes that you don’t mind getting a bit muddy, this is critical for Health & Safety considerations.
  • Warm and waterproof clothes. At least one warm top layer and a rain jacket.
  • Sun hat and sunscreen.
  • Lunch!
  • Reusable water bottle (filled up and ready to go)

ANZ and Sustainable Coastlines invite you to join us for an epic planting day with local schools as part of the ANZ Love Your Water Tour 2020.

Bring your family, friends, and colleagues on Tuesday 8th September and we’ll arm you with all the knowledge and tools to get going. Planting starts at 9:30 am and will be going until early afternoon. 

What does the day involve?
9:30 am Registration opens

10:00 am Safety briefing and planting demonstration, tea and coffee.

12:30 pm Return to home base for lunch.

13:00pm Photo and quick formalities, back to planting for those who wish to stay.

14:30pm(ish) Event finishes

The goals here are to protect water quality, create habitat for indigenous biodiversity and inspire people to look after our beautiful waterways.

We’ll be starting from 10.00 am and finishing up around 2.30 pm. You can stay for as little or as long as you like, but around noon we’ll all come together for some tasty food and some Phoenix Organics Drinks.
