TOILETS
The venue hiree agrees that only guests with accessibility needs will use our Accessible Toilet. The venue hiree also agrees to inform guests to follow instructions alongside composting toilets to ensure proper use.
CLEANING & DAMAGE
The venue hiree agrees to leave the event space as found. This includes vacuuming the event space, sweeping the decks and mopping the toilets (please don’t toss any wipes into the toilet or pour the mop water in). You may instead opt for a cleaning charge of $50. If you have already paid for a staff member after hours they will help you with cleaning. Charges may apply if the venue or equipment is damaged.
ALCOHOL & SECURITY
The venue hiree agrees to have a security guard present if the event has more than 50 guests and serves alcohol (charges apply).
AFTER HOURS EVENTS
The venue hiree agrees that all guests will leave the premises by 12.30am. Event music must be turned off by 11.45pm.
AVOID SINGLE-USE PLASTICS
The venue hiree agrees to make all reasonable effort to avoid bringing in and using single-use plastic products.
EVENT PACK-DOWN
The venue hiree agrees to remove all event equipment, including all hired equipment, from the venue by 12 midday on the day following the event. If your recycling, rubbish or composting does not fit into our bins then you will also need to remove this by 12 midday the day after your event.
NO SMOKING
The venue hiree agrees to ensure that all event participants do not smoke anywhere on site, and provide instructions on where to go to do so.
